BIDDING PROCEDURES
- An RFP bid package must be submitted for each tournament bid of interest
- Deadline: December 16, 2019
- The preferred method of submission is electronically by email.
- To utilize the complete functionality of the FILLABLE FORMS, you must use the Adobe Reader
- Complete the fillable form
- Scan into an Adobe pdf file:
- All documents and other attachments
- Pictures
- Commitment letters
- Send to the IS USBC Association Manager
- If you use the US Postal option, mail to:
- Download the Print & Complete Form
- Fill the Form Completely
- Scan it; save as a PDF document
- Send all documentation as PDF attachments
- MUST be received by December 16, 2019
